In today's meeting, the newly elected Chairman of the new era Mr. Shabul Chandra Sarkar briefly spoke on behalf of the members based on the activities of the Union Parishad on behalf of the members of the Union Parishad. In the meeting, the President said that we have been elected to the union parishad today by the commitment of the people. Let us fulfill it in our tenure. Especially people should not accept any kind of harassment and people are not deprived of their rightful rights. If the U.P. Member Shree Panchanan Sarkar proposes for the date of the discussion on the subject matter of the second issue, the discussion is unanimously agreed on the date of the first week of the first month of every month. If there is a public holiday on that day, the monthly meeting will be held in the next working day. The decision was unanimously accepted.

The topics discussed are discussed in the context of the day-to-day commencement of village court. During the discussion, U.P. Member Shri Binay Chandra Sarkar said that every week on Monday the village court should be set. If this proposal is supported by member Kabir Hossain, it is accepted unanimously.

On the issue of discussion at the 4th meeting, the President said that there were 13 permanent committees. Committees must be formed. The discussion was discussed in the meeting. As a result, 13 Standing Committees were formally consolidated in the following manner.
